POLICIES (RETURN, SHIPPING & CANCELLATION)

Return/Replacement is only one time for one order.

No Products Once sold can be returned or refunded if it does not meet the following criteria's . 

REFUND/RETURN WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF IT MEETS FOLLOWING CONDITION

  1. PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT
  2. Wrong Product Received

Following Product Categories Are Excluded From Any Retruns/Refunds/Exchange 

  1. DIY Materials - all products listed in diy collection like loose beads, loose mala etc.
  2. Silver Articles - All silver articles like silver murti, silver thali , silver diva's etc.

Return Process: 

  1. Start the process by emailing us at sales@girnarornaments.com or whatsapp us at 9373483734.
  2. Provide us the Order No. , items you wish to return/exchange over the same.
  3. Packaging And Shipping - Pack Them in the orignal boxes via which the courier arrive , so they safely get back to us. Ship via a reputed courier with tracking to ensure smooth shipping
  4. Checking And Refund - Once we get the returned items, our teams will carefully check all the condition of all the products and ensure they are eligible for a refund. If Eligible the refund will be provided back into the original payment method within 3 working days.
  5. The Return Shipping Costs are to be born by the shipper if it was returned because of change of mind. Only in case of wrong or damaged product received , the shipping will be borne by us.

In case you receive a damaged product or wrong item, you can return the product to our office with prior intimation to us within 24 hours of receipt of product. The returned product (damaged or wrong item) should reach us within 6 working days of our confirmation in its original condition and packing along with a copy of the invoice. If the product is not reached to us within 6 working days from the date of receipt of the packet, we cannot help you in replacing the product or exchanging it with any other product.

 Please note here that if any product is returned to us without our confirmation, we will not take any guarantee for replacement of the product. Any product being returned back to us should be done only through courier or registered airmail. Any extra shipping costs of returning the product back to us, over and above the shipping cost paid by the customer for receipt of product from us will be borne entirely by the customer. The safe receipt of the return product by us is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of a returned product with our confirmation, Siddhi silver shall take one of the below appropriate actions:


Upon receipt of a genuine defect/variation in the returned product, the defective item will be replaced with the same product (design) as early as possible, at our own cost. In the case that the originally ordered product is not available, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you. If customer didn't like any products, Siddhi silver shall refund entire amount. Our products are of the finest quality and we have numerous satisfied customers. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service." You may write your comments on sales@siddhisilver.in In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Siddhi silver in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, Siddhi silver shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.


While Siddhi silver shall make all endeavours to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in colour of the actual product as compared to that shown on the website, this is mostly due to differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of your own monitor screens.
A customer while placing the order should consider this minor variation in colour as seen on the website as against the actual colour of the product received.

If upon receipt of the package, you notice that the product you received is different from what you ordered write us with a photo of the product at sales@siddhisilver.in . Do not use the product if you wish to return it.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel a specific order he wishes by writing us at sales@girnarornaments.com with there order and reference number. If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Return Policy. Kindly note a cancellation request cannot be made after your order is shipped.

Under some rare situations, Girnar Ornaments can also raise an order cancellation request-

1- Product out of stock with the us.

2- Incorrect pricing or description of the product

3- Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department

4- Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address

5-Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners

6- Customer cancels the order before shipping

If your order is not fulfilled by us after your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our RETURN POLICY
